xFIVE is a company with variable geometry that fits the size of the projects of our clients. It relies on a multidisciplinary team of people with varied and complementary expertise careers.
Axel Neveux
Axel is a Biologist (UMH 1988) and Economist (UCL Mons-1996) and a Master's degree in Inventive Design (INSA Strasbourg 2010). After leading InnovaTech from 2002 to 2012, he co-founded xFIVE sprl in 2011. His specialty? Develop innovative products and services, focusing to listening actors. He is certified by the Walloon Region as an expert in creative economy.
Axel is also a bike enthusiast and likes to tinker.
Stéphane Badts
Stéphane is a civil engineer in Mechanics (FPMS 2001) and Bachelor of Science in Management (FUCaM 2001) and a Master in Quality Management Total (FPMS 1997). Sales Manager at Socabelec until early 2015, he joined xFIVE as managing partner in July 2015. His specialty is to build creative business models for industrial equipment.
Stéphane has a passion for horse riding.
Xavier Lepot
Xavier is a civil engineer in Mechanics (UCL 1986) and Industrial Management (KUL 1987), and has a Master's degree in Inventive Design (INSA Strasbourg 2010). After working within Solvay until 2007, and for the AST until 2011, he co-founded xFIVE sprl in 2011 with Axel. Its strength: imagine new products and services, based on structured tools and methods that he co-develops.
His passion: sailing. And jogging and saxophone.
Nadia Lelandais
Nadia holds a MBA from the University of Paris Dauphine is lecturer at EM Strasbourg. This expert in marketing and transformation strategies has built her professional career in international marketing and innovation departments within prestigious Champagne Houses, large groups such as the Kronenbourg Breweries (ex Danone and Scottish & Newcastle), the German Staub / Zwilling group and lastly the Caddie brand, for which Nadia is co-inventor of the new metalloplastic trolley.
Her specialty: accompanying business transformation, focusing on listening to new uses and emerging players.
Nadia is in charge of the development of xFIVE.fr in the french region Grand Est.
Yves Guillou and Séverine Baudrux
Séverine, expert xFIVE, has an atypical profile: she is teacher in elementary school, trained to TRIZ (innovative design method), and trainer of educational teams. She has developed in her class different tools for fostering creativity, and she transmits them to other teachers during their training. She is the author of games to stimulate the creativity of children and teams.
Yves, xFIVE expert, is technical director in an industrial SME, he is also a TRIZ expert trained at INSA Strasbourg, innovation consultant, and author of about twenty patents. He successfully apply creative methods within his teams (production, R & D, maintenance). He also masters the Lean and Agile approaches.
